Sandler Training's core programs emphasize ongoing reinforcement training for lasting change and success. In addition, we offer several short-term programs, and/or support tools which are designed to resolve specific business issues. These 'specialized' programs and tools support and enhance our core training material, to meet our clients' specific business needs
Often, many companies “hire with the gut” only to be disappointed on candidate performance once hired. The science is here to support the use of assessments in the screening process. Many of our clients use our assessments as part of their hiring process. We benchmark your team, using our field-tested tools (Extended DISC, Devine Inventory) to identify individual sales or management habits and communication styles.
Strategic planning is provided over the course of several days, typically in a retreat setting. The Executive Team defines (or redefines) the Core Values and works down to the specific actions needed in the coming quarter. The result is alignment of the entire organization and accountability to the key steps needed to move forward.
